I count my lucky stars everyday that I have found this place. I am more than happy to be here. I am grateful for what you lot do, I really did fall on my feet

I wish to express my gratitude to all of the team for the fantastic care they have provided, we are grateful to have found such a wonderful home for her, Mum was so well looked after by professional staff who really took an interest in all the residents and had their welfare central to everything they did, we could not have asked for more of the staff at Ashtonleigh, their patience and dedication are to be admired, their compassion and professionalism throughout mum's time was amazing.

To all staff, I have been here roughly six months during which time I have been treated with respect and care. It is not easy to come from home life especially at age 91. I have been here for nearly 5 months and the staff from the bottom to the top are helpful and kind. Obviously it is not easy moving to a different environment but the staff are so good and helpful. Handwriting was never my strong point but my words are sincerely meant and I would like to congratulate you for having such a well trained team. Yours Sincerely,

From day one your amazing, caring nature has shone through. Your dedication to providing excellent care for your resident's is outstanding.

I've worked in dementia care for 15 years teaching people how to look after people with Alzheimer's. This is exactly how a dementia home should be, not corporal its just like a home with a friendly environment. I love it.
